Brisket is slow cooked for hours in our smoker and served on a Bun and best with our cole slaw, although you can choose your side.

1/2 rack of Baby Back Ribs over Fries. with 2 sides

Turkey Legs

These are cooked on location. We brine them and smoke them ourselves. We don't buy frozen pre cooked legs we do it fresh.

Poppers

Jalapeno cored filled with cream cheese and brisket rolled in bacon and brown sugar and smoked

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Complete with a side

Mac and Cheese/smoked baked beans/or cole slaw
